the location was quite convenient , being directly across from the tube station.
I found the thermostat in my room difficult to manage . It seemed overly sensitive. the room became too hot , and cooling it down took a significant amount of time. housekeeping was also inconsistent , twice failing to replenish towels. tea and milk were not restocked on a couple of occasions either.

The hotel's location right by Blackfriars station worked wonderfully for easy transportation. I found the staff attentive and always ready to assist, a quality I valued. Lucia from the front office surprised me with cake and gifts in recognition of my recent birthday (very thoughtful!). The quiet and clean room helped me relax after long days.
My one very minor issue was that housekeeping entered the room too early one morning, and the next day they entered without knocking at all.

Our corner room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a third bed already prepared. The room included all necessary amenities and the color scheme promoted relaxation. Sound insulation kept the room quiet despite the central location.

The hotel's location near Blackfriars station proved very convenient. Staff helped ensure our rooms were adjoining, catering to our family's needs. I requested milk and sparkling water in the room, and the hotel provided a fridge stocked with these, alongside a personalized note and friendship bracelet materials.
The room I was assigned did not have the view I was hoping for. There was just a building in front of the window.

the location was great, providing easy access to transportation! the staff was attentive.
The thermostat in my room seemed overly sensitive. It took quite a while to adjust the temperature! also, i found the housekeeping inconsistent. i twice had to request towels and refills for tea and milk. the breakfast area felt very chaotic, especially when crowded.

Fantastic Location and Modern Comfort

I found our adjoining rooms ideal for my family with two kids, reassuring. Upon arrival, I specifically asked for milk and sparkling water to be available, for my daughters. The hotel surprised me by stocking the fridge and they added a nice, personalized note from the management. My daughters also had material for friendship bracelets because of the Taylor Swift concert, a detail. The hotel has an excellent location, just across from Blackfriar Station. I liked that it was a short walk to Covent Garden and some great family restaurants. I consider this hotel again for future visits.
The thermostat in my room was very sensitive. I was unable to precisely adjust it to my preferred temperature.
